And we take advantage of that. It was one of the big things we looked for when buying out house. Our poor Realtor, she didn't get my obsession with the "must be able to walk to a bar, a restaurant, a grocery store, a clothing store" list at the time, but after looking at what felt like a million different houses, she finally started to reject things as soon as I did.
